Construction of Clean Room Light Fixtures
The sealed, lay-in cleanroom lighting fixture housing and door are functionally designed to fit a standard 2’x 4’ ceiling grid opening. Casings are painted with a white powder coated finish. The sealed door and housing permit re-lamping without contamination of the clean regions. Two spring loaded latches on each side protect the lens frame in the closed position. The hinged lens frame is detachable without the use of tools, is flush mounted with T-grid and seals to the housing. The lens is mounted with a smooth surface on the exterior for easy cleaning.
